Our average space is 90% open warehouse space and 10% air conditioned office space. These units are adequate for virtually all businesses including ones that need DMV approved warehouse space. The complexes are well maintained by our in house staff.

What are CAM and Triple Net Lease fees? You need to know this before you sign a lease!
If the space is part of a larger building, the common area maintenance charges (CAMS) will be divided among the tenants of the building, generally based upon the tenant's square footage percentage of the overall complex.
In Triple Net Lease, the tenant is responsible for their proportionate share of property taxes, property insurance, common operating expenses and common area utilities.
Our Warehouse units have NO CAM or Triple Net Lease fees!
Lease terms are two years. Over the years we have moved tenants to larger or additional units during their lease terms. We can move you in to a bigger unit or lease you an additional unit anytime during your current lease.
Our leases are easy to read and 6 pages long.
Rent is paid by electronic ACH banking or Credit/Debit Card!
